The main office of the WAND Foundation is located in Lubluban, Libertad, Misamis Oriental.  The location is a 8-hectare tree farm cum seedling nursery demonstration farm.  The tree farm showcase techniques in agroforestry and biodiversity conservation in rain-fed and hilly areas.  It also showcase initiative in ecological sanitation and is a production site of locally-made ecosan toilet bowls.  The area has a training facility that can house live-in 75 participants.  The office is about 38 kilometers away from Cagayan de Oro City which is a major metropolitan center in Mindanao.  The area of operation of the WAND covers 5 municipalities in Misamis Oriental, 3 municipalities in Lanao del Norte and 1 municipality in Zamboanga del Norte. The WAND Foundation also maintains a satellite office in Turno, Dipolog City for its Zamboanga del Norte operation.
